Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Antik Animated Studio. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Period

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Clothing Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange the size of any clothing item (such as T-shirts, hoodies, or jackets), an exchange fee of 200 BDT will be applicable. The item must meet all return eligibility conditions mentioned above.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Comics

  • Other merchandise items (such as keychains, stickers, accessories, etc.)

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
